NOTICE TO ALL APPLICANTS

PLEASE READ THE APPLICATION FORM CAREFULLY AND COMPLETE FULLY.

StrongGuard Security UK LTD complies with the requirements of the BS7858 and as such all applicants must complete a screening and licensing process.

1. This application form MUST be completed in FULL.
2. A full 5 or 10 year history is required (The number of years will be stated on the vacancy advertisement or application.
3. Personal references
4. Proof of ID
5. Proof of address
6. National insurance checks
7. Disclosing and Barring Service (DBS).

As to enable us to process your application, please supply the following in FULL:

1. Full Names, Addresses, and telephone numbers of previous employers/educational establishments.
2. Full names, Addresses, and telephone numbers for personal references.
3. Full details of any unemployment.

If you application is successful you will be required to bring the following items with you to the interview.

1. Birth certificate
2. Passport
3. Driving license
4. Two recent utility bills (dated within the last 3 months)
5. Four passports sized photographs
6. Bank statement showing bank account number and sort code
7. Proof of a national insurance number
8. SIA license (If required for role)

Failure to complete this application form fully could result in your application being delayed or rejected. Any information supplied that is found to be fraudulent would result in dismissal or in some cases legal action being taken.
