How Does Our Key Holding & Alarm Response Service Work?

Our alarm response service can be linked to any device capable of sending a signal out to an alarm receiving centre, whether that’s your intruder, fire or panic alarm, or even reacting to events caught on your monitored CCTV system.

If your alarm or CCTV is triggered, one of our highly trained and experienced mobile response officers will be deployed and will arrive on site within that crucial 20-minute window.

All of our security personnel have body cameras to record their movements and will arrive in a fully branded vehicle – they’ll carry out a full and through internal and external patrol of your premises and a full attendance report will be submitted to you, within 12 hours, along with the footage taken.

Should there be signs of criminal activity our mobile response officers will follow the individual site escalation procedures, remaining on site until your premises are secured.

If it’s concluded that a call out was a false alarm, a system reset can be performed, and your premises will be re-secured. In the case of a genuine incident, emergency response will be instigated, and the building will be re-secured, working with pre-agreed processes on who needs to be notified and what other processes need to be put into action.
